FAQ

What do you mean by "mobile personal training"?

Exactly that, we bring the gym to you. Your certified personal trainer will bring everything you need for you workout to you. Workout in your home, at your office or in the park!

Do we workout in the van?

Now that would be uncomfortable! Nope, we bring all the workout equipment you need and set it up for you before leading your customized training session. We workout wherever you want.

Can I use custom equipment?

Sure, while we have mats, dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, boxing gear, kettlebells and other equipment, if you want something more custom, we can get it for you and bring it with us to your session (there are rental and delivery charges though).

Do you have female personal trainers?

We hope to soon! Right now, we only have male trainers on staff. They're great to work with and are focused on your personal fitness goals.

What is the free first session about?

Glad you asked! During your first session with us, we do the following: total body assesment, nutritional assesment, fitness assessment, and establish your goals. Trust us, it'll be the best free thing you've ever received!

How long and frequent are the sessions?

Each session is 45-minutes long (your trainer arrives 5 - 10 minutes early to setup). We recommend 3 - 4 sessions per week in order to meet your personal fitness goals (but we can also workout just 1 - 2 days a week too!).

JOIN YOUR OWN PERSONAL GYM

There are no tricky contracts to sign with us where you get locked in with crazy cancelation policies or commitments. Nope, just honest, sweat-inducing, heart-pumping, make-you-hurt-so-good personal training in the safety and convenience of your own home or office.
